26th March 1942
I spent today doing some mechanical drawing. The weather has been fine all day.
Ever since we arrived in port, I have had two peculiar patches on either side of my chin (under). I fear other patches are coming.
This evening I went to see “Roller Skating Vanities of 1942” at the Arena, 46th and Market Streets. It was a grand show. It is amazing what can be done on Roller skates.
The finest act, in my opinion, was a juggler on skates! He was absolutely remarkable.
