Had to sleep in again last night, owing to heavy snow.

Went to see a doctor friend to have some stuff put on my face. It is impetigo (or some such spelling). Nothing serious, but must be taken care of to prevent spreading. The lotion is called GENTIAN VIOLET. At the moment I have brilliant violet spots all over my face where it has been applied!

Mrs J and Peggy and Cissie went to a first aid exam so I stayed with Mrs J’s mother.
