Mum and Dad went down to Brighton this morning to see G’Pa concerning poor Uncle George’s death, while I slept during the morning.

This afternoon we went down to Kenley to watch the cricket. It was grand and the weather was perfect. Later, Joyce, Iris and I went to Shirley’s.
