We went aboard to sleep until 0515 when I awoke very stiff and very cold!

We got across at about 0530 and I ‘cycled to the 11/12 miles to Shell Haven arriving on board at about 0630. We sailed at 0800 hrs to anchor. I am now on the 8-12 watch as Hugh doesn’t like the look of the new 3rd Mate’s face.

We sailed for Antwerp at 2230 and had quite a performance getting away. The R/T was working good O.
