It appears that the ship is definitely to be sold in Marseille and we are to proceed by train via Paris to Calais. It is still not certain when all this will be, and it is expected that we shall go to Toulon first, tomorrow for dry–docking.

I went ashore this evening and saw “Robin des Bois”, the French version. I liked it very much.
