We sailed at 8 am bound for two ports before Basrah, one in Baluchistan and one in Arabia. (Jawani, Ras al Hadd)

We have one first class passenger ( a 2nd lieut. army) and 8 second-class passengers besides 24 Deck passengers; the latter consisting of native labourers.
