As expected, we arrived off  the anchorage right on 9 o’clock. A Greek ship was torpedoed last night but its posn. was unknown. It was bound for Aden.

Crowds of small boats are around the ship, while little black boys dressed only in a loincloth, dive for annas and talk incessantly.
