BEEF
It has at last been decided that we are to sail at 8A.M tomorrow, for Swansea. Air raids have been fairly frequent but of very short duration.
The post from home is only taking 36 hours now. Jock and I have been to the pictures this evening to see “Pinocchio”. We came out in an air raid and decided to walk. When we had got half way, the all clear went, so we caught a train on the overhead railway.
The carpenter and the 4th engineer have just been having a bit of a dust-up.
