BEEF
How time flies! All that time we spent in L’pool and Swansea, seems like a dream now. The weather has calmed right down now, there being very little noticeable movement in the ship at all. The old man seems to be in a slightly better mood today; at tea time, he told me I would forget all about my London girl, when I saw the girls of Montreal. He says they run after you like flies, but then that seems to the case in all ports! A week on Wednesday, ought to see us tied up in Montreal.
