BEEF
Yesterday we heard the Vera Radcliffe asking for a D.F bearing, just after we did. She is the sister ship to this ship. She left Swansea five days after we did! That shows you how fast we have been going!! We should reach Father Point by midnight tomorrow, and then its 296 miles from there. We should be there on Sunday morning. The weather has been considerably colder and at one time looked very much like snow.
A high following wind has made it pretty ‘nippy’ to stand about on deck.
