Still at anchor. Weather misty and wet. This afternoon the coloured RAF boys gave a bit of a show for the passengers and this evening they gave a full time affair. It was excellent in every way. The leader, from British Guiana, played the drums using an inverted tin can, two trips of brass and a couple of sticks of wood. He was first class. Another fellow cupped his hands as a trumpet, while another chap strummed a guitar. They had the Mill’s brothers licked!
