Aircraft & submarine attacks near Port Said have been prevalent of late. The “Neuralia” (B.I.) is acting Commodore & the “Talma” (B.I.) is with her. We have had a very peaceful passage. We reached Alex. at 2 pm. One flat boat went ashore at the entrance but was got off this evening.

Several destroyers are present & also a cruiser of the “Phoebe” class.

We went swimming this afternoon. The convoy is leaving on Sunday, & we are to be Commodore.
