MUTTON
Snow has fallen all day today and has caused drifts (quite a few inches in depth), to be formed.
It is still bitterly cold, and the best place to be, is in your bunk.
When the wind was on our port bow, the snow was forced past the crack of my porthole, where it didn’t quite fit properly, and filled the ledge up, making the room look more like an ice box than it really was.
I expect we shall reach Sydney either tomorrow night or Saturday morning.
