Well the passengers have gone now. It was rather a sad parting. They didn’t go until 1100 hours. Eva had to go to London on the 1725. She was nearly in tears! I received a letter from the dock from Margaret. She says they are going to London.

Vivian and I have amused ourselves during the evening.
